The first thing you should do is to press 'f' to center the view into the sphere. Then desactivate the panoramic and use alt-click to control the verticality of the laser cloud. Then click on ground filtering to desactivate it. Wait until it loads all the 500 000 points. You can use the dynamic subsampling if your computer is slow. "Control-click" create an horizontal translation. Play with the horizontal slider to increase or decrease the subsampling (lower by default).
